Our History
Founded in 2024, our owner/operator, Alden Spencer, saw a need for dance classes in her hometown. With that, La Vie en Rose Dance Studio was born!
about us
We currently offer ballet classes for dancers aged 3-12 on the Burin Peninsula. Classes are offered in Salt Pond, NL. We offer two semesters of classes per year, each with a recital at the end.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to encourage dancers to live La Vie en Rose, or living life with positivity and kindness, through movement and self-expression.

We value inclusion, positivity, and kindness at LVER Dance Studio. We welcome individuals of all abilities and identities to dance with us.

We currently offer ballet classes for dancers aged 3-12 on Saturdays. Please see Youth Classes for more information. Please note, registration for the 2024 Winter Semester is now closed, please check back in December for potential openings in the 2025 Spring Semester!

Registration for all of our classes is through our website, lverdance.ca. Please see Youth Classes for more information.

We offer youth classes by semester. Each semester is $100 + tax ($115) and there are two (2) semesters per dance year. Please see Youth Classes for more information.

With the exception of our LWICD classes, guardians are not permitted to attend class with their dancer.* Not only can it be a distraction, we want to ensure you are surprised by your dancer's progress at the recitals!
*If your dancer requires a guardian to attend class with them due to personal circumstances, please contact us directly.

We hold our classes at 48 Main Road, Salt Pond, NL (Donald C. Jamieson Academy).
